Fix For All Samsung MTP USB Device Failed
MTP Driver device is used by Samsung Kies application to connect to Samsung mobile phone through PC using USB cable.This is how to fix and setup your Android phone to use Samsung Kies:
Go to Setting => Application => Development, and then make sure USB Driver Debugging is unchecked.

Now you need to connect your phone to PC using USB Driver cable and then Turn on Samsung Kies and it will try connecting to the phone.
Select MTP USB device in Device Manager, select Update driver,
then manually select USB Mass Storage. Without those steps PC refused
to mount the phone storage even though it was in USB Storage Mode.
Unfortunately, that doesn't fix the problem permanently because as soon as you unplug/replug the phone it will again try to install the Samsung MTP USB Driver and it will, of course, fail miserably.

2nd solutions
- Download tool from below link to search for long file extension.
- Extract the FileSearcherforKiesFix.zip file and run the FileSearcherforKiesFix.exe file.
- Click Search button and delete manually the files found.
- After all files with long extension have been deleted, you can try again connect the mobile phone to PC.
- Kies will detect the phone now.
